The next episode of Gaia Gossip: On the Move host Maren Krings is joined by journalist and radio producer Blanca Diego Vicente, presenter of Continentes y Contenidos, whose work blends journalism and anthropology with a focus on gender-based violence, human rights, and international justice in conflict zones. As co-founder of LolaMora Producciones, Blanca has led global projects supporting women in media and digital security.

Together, they discuss VOICES OF THE RIF ON CANNABIS, exploring the history of cannabis in Morocco’s Rif region, the Amazigh resistance, and the struggle to preserve the native Beldía seed.

Her Many Voices Gaia Gossip programs empower climate solutions and community connection to be amplified for the betterment of Mother Earth. Gaia Gossip on the Move features the work of our host, Maren Krings. Krings is a Climate Impact Storyteller who uses photography, filmmaking, writing, and speaking to highlight hemp’s role in climate resilience and social justice. Maren holds a B.F.A. in Photography from the Savannah College of Art & Design, along with credentials in Climate Change Studies and Environmental Science.
