Scheril Murray Powell, Esq., is a prominent legal professional specializing in agricultural, cannabis, dietary supplement, regulatory, and trade law at Doumar, Allsworth, Laystrom, Voigt, Adair, and Dishowitz LLP. She serves as the International First Vice President and Local 12 President of The Ethiopian World Federation, Inc., and is the Founder of the Cannabis HR Council. Scheril chairs the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Subcommittee of the ASTM International D37 Committee on Cannabis and is on the Board of Patients Out of Time.
